The categories of personal data collected depend on the Service used, and may include, but are not limited to:
- Identification, characteristics, family, social, educational, technical, professional, and employment information, including: C001, C003, C011, C013, C014, C024, C037, C038, C039, C040, C052, C054, C061–C072, C101, C102, C103.
- Personal data required for account registration, including: name, date of birth, national ID number, phone number, email address, etc.
- Technical and log data from service usage, including: IP address, login times, browsing records, and device information.
- Responses to surveys, questionnaires, or event registrations.
- Usage records, purchase history, and feedback provided by the User.
- Period: Data will be used during the period the Service is provided, until the User requests termination of use, PointsUP terminates the Service, or as required by law. After this period, data will be deleted or anonymized.
- Location: Taiwan, and any locations where PointsUP provides services, including server locations and third-party service providers (including domestic and overseas cloud infrastructure).
- Recipients: PointsUP, recruiting companies, and third-party service providers authorized to process data (e.g., cloud platforms, marketing or system service providers). PointsUP ensures that all recipients comply with confidentiality and information security obligations and supervises their use of data in accordance with the law.
- Methods: Data may be processed or used by automated or non-automated means, including via internet, email, SMS, phone, written communication, or other lawful methods for purposes such as job recommendations, event notifications, marketing messages, and analytics.
